Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service throughout guests’ visits
- Anticipate guest needs and note preferences
- Prepare beverages for both retail and dining areas
- Bag, box, and stage to-go foods and pastries
- Complete sales transactions following cash-handling policies
- Maintain and refresh pastry displays throughout the day
- Be knowledgeable about all bakery, beverage, kitchen, and retail offerings
