Your Role: What You’ll Do

  • Full-funnel Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key channels (e.g., search, paid social, affiliates).
  • Budget Allocation: Manage a sizable marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective distribution to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Develop dashboards, implement attribution strategies, and use insights to enhance campaign performance.

Ideal Candidate: What You Bring

  • 3–6 years in marketing analytics, business consulting, or performance marketing.
  • Expertise with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads; proficiency in analytics & attribution tools (e.g., GA4, GTM). SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a collaborative communication style.
