Role Overview
You’ll be part of the Feed Integrations team, responsible for executing, maintaining, and improving eligibility and claims data feeds—vital to the organization’s functioning. This role marries technical know-how with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation and maintenance of eligibility/claims data pipelines
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring correctness, punctuality, and compliance
- Coordinate with external providers to gather technical specs, map files, test feeds, and resolve issues
- Conduct detailed analysis and error reporting to maintain data quality
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Account Management) to guarantee seamless integration and onboarding
- Enhance internal tools, documentation, and workflows for better outcomes
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in healthcare data, especially eligibility and claims formats like EDI 834, 837, or custom flat files
- Familiarity with SFTP, encryption standards (e.g. PGP), and data mapping/transformation
- Proven project management skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills – especially working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders
- Sharp analytical mindset, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving inclination
