Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will:
- Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding)
- Follow healthcare plans, including medication assistance, exercise support, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional encouragement
- Assist with mobility and escort clients to medical and other appointments
- Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or care needs
Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle might be required where applicable
- Personal Qualities: Patience, empathy, keen observation, and dedication to client comfort
