Mammoth Fieldhouse offers a one-of-a-kind competitive social experience. You’ll lead food & beverage strategy in a dynamic venue, embracing sports, social interaction, and culinary entertainment. As Food & Beverage Director, you will drive innovation, consistency, and guest satisfaction across all F&B venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute food & beverage strategies aligned with brand vision and guest preferences.
  • Innovate multi-unit menus, seasonal offerings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Refine beverage mix, pricing, and culinary trends to enhance profitability.
  • Standardize back-of-house systems like prep guides and portion controls.
  • Manage cost of goods sold (COGS), labor, waste, and vendor relations.
  • Coach on-site culinary and bar leadership; perform field visits for performance feedback.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training F&B staff.
  • Collaborate with procurement to manage contracts and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health standards, and inspection protocols.
  • Produce financial & inventory reports; analyze event P&L.
  • Develop SOPs and safety protocols across kitchen, service, and beverage teams.
  • Oversee maintenance and vendor relationships for smallware and kitchen equipment.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Age 21 or older.
  • 6–8 years of progressive, multi-unit F&B leadership experience.
  • Strong background in restaurant and bar operations.
  • Proven menu design, cost control, and systems scaling abilities.
  • Skilled in managing diverse culinary teams in high-volume, experiential environments.
  • Familiar with POS, inventory, analytics dashboards; ServSafe required; Food Safety Manager certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, teamwork, and motivational skills.
  • Must work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
