Role Overview
As Corporate Operations Director, you’ll oversee multiple venues, guiding daily operations to meet business targets, enhance guest experiences, and drive profitability. You’ll align operational performance with financial objectives, reinforce brand culture, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client and contract administrator relations to ensure retention
- Define and execute facilities goals meeting management contracts and corporate policies
- Create and sustain accurate operational and financial reporting for both clients and corporate support
- Lead and align sales, marketing, budgeting, and weekly staff meetings
- Direct development and implementation of operating, marketing, and financial plans across locations
- Ensure compliance with all contracts and service expectations
- Mentor operational teams, embody company culture and excellence standards
- Act as liaison between venues and the Home Office for resources, software, and planning
- Develop tailored venue sales and marketing strategies
- Enforce high standards of safety, compliance, and operational integrity
- Conduct monthly site visits and evaluate guest experience fundamentals
- Execute administrative duties and additional tasks assigned by leadership
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proven expertise in P&L management, cost control, budgeting, and operations scaling
- Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep knowledge of restaurant and entertainment operations, including kitchen workflows
- Familiarity with health, safety, alcohol regulation, and risk management
- Comfortable with POS, inventory, and scheduling systems
- Availability for flexible hours—nights, weekends, holidays
- Organized, efficient, and deadline-driven
Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at waist height
- Flexibility to sit or stand for long periods; capable of squatting, bending, and stooping
- Must operate computers in noisy environments occasionally
