Key Responsibilities
- Content Calendar
Create and manage a monthly organic social media calendar for Instagram (Feed & Stories), Threads, TikTok, and Pinterest—aligning with brand launches, marketing campaigns, and paid initiatives. - Content Production Management
Oversee sourcing, editing, and optimizing content to meet performance objectives and brand guidelines. - Performance & Community Analytics
Report weekly/monthly performance; extract customer insights and community sentiment to guide content iteration. - Community Engagement
Serve as the brand voice—respond via social channels and work with CX teams. Weekend coverage required. - End-to-End Posting
