Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Leadership
- Set and execute strategic plans for on-premise (bar, restaurant) accounts.
- Coordinate with state and market leadership to align resources and brand initiatives.
2. Activation & Insights
- Guide in-market activations: brand visits, sponsorships, and data evaluations.
- Track performance using platforms like PRIME and optimize execution.
3. Operational & Cross-Functional Management
- Ensure budget and KPI compliance, efficient POS logistics, and accurate reporting.
- Sync with Brand Ambassadors, Field Marketing, eCommerce, and distributors.
4. Team Mentorship
- Coach and grow high-performing teams through monthly reviews and data-informed feedback.
- Promote inclusivity and accountability within the team culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of sales or management experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong quantitative, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in data and dashboard tools.
- Comfortable traveling up to half of the time.
