Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account Leadership

  • Set and execute strategic plans for on-premise (bar, restaurant) accounts.
  • Coordinate with state and market leadership to align resources and brand initiatives.

2. Activation & Insights

  • Guide in-market activations: brand visits, sponsorships, and data evaluations.
  • Track performance using platforms like PRIME and optimize execution.

3. Operational & Cross-Functional Management

  • Ensure budget and KPI compliance, efficient POS logistics, and accurate reporting.
  • Sync with Brand Ambassadors, Field Marketing, eCommerce, and distributors.

4. Team Mentorship

  • Coach and grow high-performing teams through monthly reviews and data-informed feedback.
  • Promote inclusivity and accountability within the team culture.

‍Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years of sales or management experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong quantitative, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in data and dashboard tools.
  • Comfortable traveling up to half of the time.
