Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee order processing for both in-store and drop-ship, ensuring efficient fulfillment and exception handling.
- Manage RTV processes in collaboration with partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle chargeback investigations and collaborate with finance and distribution to resolve issues.
- Maintain product listing integrity across platforms—ensure accurate descriptions, imagery, and catalog updates.
Sales & Strategy
- Lead merchandising efforts in-store and online; curate seasonal assortments aligned with Maison launches.
- Identify growth opportunities using inventory flow and brand ambassador engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, visual merchandising (VM), training, and supply.
- Use data insights from sales and inventory KPIs to drive decisions and report results to the direct manager.
Role Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury or fashion.
