Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Oversee order processing for both in-store and drop-ship, ensuring efficient fulfillment and exception handling.
  • Manage RTV processes in collaboration with partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle chargeback investigations and collaborate with finance and distribution to resolve issues.
  • Maintain product listing integrity across platforms—ensure accurate descriptions, imagery, and catalog updates.

Sales & Strategy

  • Lead merchandising efforts in-store and online; curate seasonal assortments aligned with Maison launches.
  • Identify growth opportunities using inventory flow and brand ambassador engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, visual merchandising (VM), training, and supply.
  • Use data insights from sales and inventory KPIs to drive decisions and report results to the direct manager.

Role Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury or fashion.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP; well-versed with department store processes and financial metrics (e.g., OTB).
