Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our San Jose, CA team. This hybrid role works closely with Sales Account Managers to support one of Amkor’s largest clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee business metrics and performance indicators for assigned customer accounts.
- Manage SAP-related tasks, including QBRs, customer meetings, and revenue recovery.
- Handle RFQs, pricing issues, PO acknowledgements, invoice issuance, and maintain PO trackers.
- Conduct forecast and commitment analyses; monitor NREs, rebates, and monthly billing.
- Generate Sales Orders tailored to diverse group needs.
- Track inventory and provide updates on excess materials
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Flexibility to collaborate with teams across various locations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in multinational manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes is a plus.
Compensation & Location
- Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
- Location: Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. Candidates must reside locally.
