Are you a strategic, results-driven leader with deep experience in the spirits or alcohol industry? Pernod Ricard USA is hiring a State Manager, GEM to lead market expansion for the GEM portfolio — an alternative route-to-market strategy focused on revitalizing under-prioritized spirits brands.
This is a remote role (US-based) that will manage distributor relationships, drive execution and commercial performance, and partner cross-functionally to grow the brand portfolio.
Job summary
As State Manager, GEM you will:
- Act as the primary Pernod Ricard contact for distributor partners in your assigned states.
- Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and ensure program execution (promotions, pricing, distribution targets).
- Own depletion, distribution, and shelf execution goals; analyze metrics and adapt strategies.
- Build retail relationships, conduct market rides/account visits, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Finance.
This role reports to the Area Vice President, GEM and supports a portfolio with ambitious growth targets.
